As a Luxury Brand Evaluator, you will be responsible for discreetly assessing customer experiences and providing critical feedback that helps these brands improve their offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Selecting Assignments: Align your missions with your personal preferences and profile.
- Evaluating Luxury Stores or Online Experiences: Engage with sales associates in stores or evaluate online from the comfort of your home.
- Observing Carefully: Check the ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
- Providing Honest Feedback: Share your observations through questionnaires using our user-friendly platform.
