We are seeking an Engineering Project Planner to join our team. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.

In this role, you will work closely with our project management team to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including resource allocation and cash loading. You will also be responsible for monitoring schedule performance, identifying potential delays, and developing mitigation strategies.

Your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail will enable you to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and clients receive high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
* Monitor schedule performance and identify potential delays
* Develop mitigation strategies to address delays
* Manage resource allocation and cash loading
* Coordinate with project management team to ensure timely completion of projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in project planning and coordination
