Nokia is seeking a highly skilled Patent Licensing Senior Manager to join their team in Europe. As a key member of the Multimedia Licensing team, you will contribute to the development of the Consumer Electronic Licensing Program.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and close licensing agreements with technical experts, patent attorneys, economists, market intelligence experts, and patent litigation attorneys.
  • Manage various licensing projects to ensure business continuity and processes that are central for the licensing business to achieve its business targets.

You will identify new licensing opportunities, prepare licensing projects, and lead and close patent licensing deals while taking into account strategy and business goals of the company. You will also develop strategies and set goals for licensing projects and related customer engagement plans to deliver recurring revenue.

The ideal candidate has significant relevant work experience, particularly in patent out-licensing. A university degree in Master of Laws is required. Good negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills as well as a team player mindset are essential. Project management skills, determination to see things through to completion, and willingness to travel and work under pressure are desirable.
