We are seeking a skilled Launch Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a Launch Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing equipment at our hub and delivering robots to stores across Finland. You will work closely with our team members to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • \
  • Preparing equipment at our Helsinki hub for successful robot launches.\
  • Delivering robots to stores across Finland and training store staff on how to operate our robots.\
  • Working collaboratively with our team to identify and resolve operational issues.\
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our store partners.\
  • Traveling occasionally to deliver robots to stores and train staff.\
  • Performing other related tasks as assigned by management.\

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • \
  • A valid driver's license for manual transmission vehicles.\
  • Fluency in Finnish.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Polite and friendly demeanor.\
  • Ability to handle occasional physical tasks, such as lifting robots into the van.\
  • Previous training experience is strongly preferred.\
