We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data team and play a key role in impacting business growth through data-driven insights.

You'll have a direct impact on shaping the company's success by collaborating with key leaders across the organization, supporting, challenging, and guiding various business stakeholders in data-driven decisions that directly impact growth and strategy.

This position can be based in Finland or Estonia.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Cooperating with stakeholders across teams to drive high-impact projects and support both strategic and day-to-day decision-making, enjoying a high level of internal visibility and directly influencing key company initiatives.
  • Analyzing data to identify opportunities and guiding decisions on how we run our services.
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards related to site and company management, from the underlying data models to the visuals.

What we hope you'll bring to the table:
  • 2–4 years of experience in a role such as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar, where you worked closely with key leaders across the organization, guiding them in making data-driven decisions that directly impacted growth and strategy.
  • Ability to understand business needs and operations to provide insights for informed, impactful decision-making.
  • Experience in a role involving business, growth, or product analysis.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • A quantitative mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work in a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Team player mindset.
Beneficial:
  • Experience with Python or R.
  • Previous experience with data transformation and BI tools, such as dbt, Databricks, Tableau, and/or Metabase.
