We are looking for a Refurbishment Technician to join our Service team in our Helsinki hub and play an essential part in our mission to provide the world with affordable and environment-friendly deliveries. The onsite operations team are tasked with maintaining the fleet of robots in Finland and re-deploying robots to partner locations.

Your Main Responsibilities Are

• Testing, Repairing, and Refurbishing: Identifying faults, repairing faulty components, and refurbishing electronic and mechanical equipment.
• Refurbishing Mechanical Components: Refurbishing mechanical components of robots to maintain optimal functionality.
• Conducting Maintenance and Upgrades: Conducting maintenance activities and upgrades on robots and chargers.
• Ensuring Quality Control: Ensuring refurbished equipment meets quality standards through thorough testing and inspections.
• Maintaining Record Keeping: Keeping accurate records of repairs, replacements, and equipment conditions.
• Robot Repairs: Occasionally assisting the service team with robot repairs.
• Following Safety Protocols: Adhering to strict safety protocols when working with electronic or mechanical equipment.
• Warehouse Management: Maintaining a hub-based warehouse by conducting regular inventories.

• Experience in roles such as mechanics, service engineer/technician.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
