We are seeking a visionary VP of Global Sales to lead and expand Hibox's worldwide sales efforts. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and maximize the reach of our IPTV & OTT solutions in the Telecommunications, Hospitality, and Healthcare sectors.

  • Develop and implement a global sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals across multiple regions, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging markets, leveraging your network and expertise to expand Hibox's global footprint.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and that Hibox continues to deliver exceptional value.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to the executive team, using this data to adjust strategies and forecast future sales activities.

  • Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the technology or software industry, with a focus on global markets.
  • Extensive experience in managing and scaling sales teams across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level SaaS solutions and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support global sales efforts.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English. Additional language knowledge is a plus.
