Sourcing Specialist

1. Procure and source materials required to produce newborn screening assays, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
2. Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
4. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
5. Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

1. Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in sourcing and project management, preferably in the healthcare or biotechnology industry.
3. Strong understanding of newborn screening assays and related products.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
6. Language requirements: Professional English mandatory, Finnish preferred but not required.
