What You'll Be Doing

As a Technical Solution Analyst in our development and product management team, you will play a key role in defining and interpreting requirements for our financial administration software Procountor, ensuring it meets customer and business needs. Your expertise will directly shape our products as you translate complex requirements into clear, actionable insights for our development team.

The key responsibilities for this role include understanding customer needs and technical requirements and translating these into functional requirements. You will assist in testing solutions to ensure they meet specified requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing feature documentation of the concepts that the scrum team is developing. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills will be essential to your success.

You will collaborate within a domain team, working closely with product owners, designers, and your product manager to drive innovation and excellence. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Procountor while working with a highly skilled and motivated team.

What We Are Looking For
  • Strong experience (preferably 3+ years) as a technical solution analyst or in a related role in SaaS product management
  • Strong skills in understanding business requirements and breaking them down for the team to implement
  • Knowledge of APIs and integration techniques
  • Ability to follow industry laws and regulations that affect the roadmap and concepts
  • Experience in eliciting and documenting technical requirements
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Fluent Finnish language skills and excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in English
  • Experience with bank connections and logistics and invoice operator management, and/or experience with financial software development, are considered as an asset.
