  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, and Google BigQuery (or other DWHs) and creating automated reports/dashboards that support decision making. Proficiency in working with large data sets, including pulling and joining data using SQL and performing analysis with Python, R, or Excel.
  • Clear and effective communicator who can visualize and present data in a way that is easy to understand and interpret for different stakeholders.
  • Ownership mindset: Ability to drive independent analyses, set priorities, and deliver actionable insights that influence product strategy and shape key decisions.
  • Strong project management skills: Comfortable managing concurrent projects and meeting goals, even with competing deadlines or priorities.
  • Experience with subscription revenue models (such as in-App Purchases, SaaS, Subscription business models).
  • Ability to proactively identify business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.

We'd love it if you're already a golfer or have a passion for sports—it'll make diving into our product even more exciting If you have experience in a fast-scaling startup, even better—you'll thrive in our dynamic environment. Familiarity with tools like RevenueCat, OneSignal, Dataform, Mixpanel, Jira, Confluence, or GitHub is considered a big plus. We follow a hybrid-model, primarily working from our Espoo office.
