The Europe Area Delivery Operations team is accountable for the development, direction, and full chain results of KONE's New Building Solutions and Modernization Operations in the Europe Area. We work together with our frontline and global teams to deliver outstanding results and continually improve our operations in 37 countries divided into 6 frontline units across Europe.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Operations Analyst to join our Europe Area Delivery Operations team.

This position is temporary due to maternity leave until December 2025 and is suitable for recent graduates. This is a great opportunity to work across a major business area as we bring our newly launched Rise strategy to life in the Delivery Operations.

The Delivery Operations Analyst is accountable for supporting the Area Delivery Operations team in the development and implementation of the Area's delivery operations strategies, processes, and tools to improve profitability. The Delivery Operations Analyst will be responsible for various analysis and coordination tasks to support several development projects and steering groups in making decisions in support of our strategic goals.

This role will report to the Head of Delivery and Operations and is based in Espoo, Finland.

Responsibilities and key activities:

  • Analyse and interpret data related to field operations, including actual vs planned costs
  • Monitor and report on operational KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Assist in developing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support decision making
  • Responsible for coordinating various Europe governance forums and ensuring action progress as directed by the Head of Delivery Operations.

Requirements for the position:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or close to graduation is preferred
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel), familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) are an asset
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and attention to detail
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
  • Lean and six-sigma competences are an asset
  • Experience in Project Management and benefit realization are an asset
  • Willingness to take responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural team environment
  • Fluency in English.
