Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland Oy Samlink Ab Full time

Who We Are

At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

Samlink is a Kyndryl company.

We are looking for a BI Specialist to design, implement, and maintain regulatory reports for banks, as well as produce various data extracts from customer data. Samlink provides reporting solutions based on the requirements set by various authorities for the financial sector or the customer's business needs. The reporting team is responsible for both the development and maintenance of these solutions, with each expert handling one or more reporting entities.

While we are primarily seeking a senior-level professional to take on a leading role in the reporting team, we are also open to candidates at all levels of expertise, as we can tailor the responsibilities to match your skills and experience.

Benefits

  • Flexible Working Hours: Options for flexible schedules and remote work.

  • Continuous Learning and Mentorship Programs: Opportunities for training and professional development.

  • BeWell: Comprehensive wellbeing services (Employee Assistance Program) for employees and their families, providing a broad range of accessible programs, policies, and practices that support physical, mental, social, and financial well-being.

  • Company Events: Team-building activities and social events.

  • Company-Provided Mobile Phone: Mobile phones are provided for work and private use.

  • ePassi: Digital solution for lunch, wellness, sports, culture, and commuting benefits.

  • Bicycle Benefit

Location

Please note that our offices are located in Espoo and Jyväskylä, and the candidate would need to be based in these areas.

Who You Are

You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in your work. And finally, you're open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

  • Expertise in Base SAS and SQL skills.

  • Understanding and experience with regulatory reporting for the financial sector (COREP OF, Finrep, Anacredit, CESOP, MAPE, FATCACRS, LCR, ALMM, NSFR).

  • Proficiency in data warehousing solutions and database management.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

  • Initiative, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for developing innovative solutions.

  • Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders both internally and with customers, demonstrating diligence and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Finnish and good communication skills in English.

A security background check may be performed for those selected to Samlink positions, in accordance with the company recruitment guidelines and the Security Clearance Act.
