Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland Oy Samlink Ab Full time

Who We Are

At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

Samlink is a Kyndryl company.

As a Data, AI and Reporting Product Manager, you will be the visionary behind our product strategy, crafting and executing a roadmap that aligns with our company's goals. You will stay ahead of technology and market trends, understand the competitive landscape, and anticipate customer needs to drive future development and business growth. Your role will encompass overseeing the entire product lifecycle, ensuring sustained success and customer satisfaction. In the development projects you ensure that client business needs and problems are accurately identified and verified, and that feasible solutions are designed and developed.

This role is an opportunity to push boundaries and think outside the box. You will define software solutions that go beyond the expected, leveraging your creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to exceed customer expectations and drive organizational success.

Collaborating closely with a cross-functional internal team of experts and customers, you will define solutions that not only solve technical challenges but also bring business benefits. A solid understanding of Agile Scrum ceremonies is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in the data management, reporting and/or AI in Finnish financial landscape, preferably in a bank
  • Proven track record of developing software products
  • Good understanding of data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in BI & reporting tools as well as data modelling, data analysis and ETL processes
  • Strong understanding of product management and software development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust both internally and with clients
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills with a hands-on attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Business acumen to understand customer needs, market trends, and align software development with business objectives
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry technologies, and best practices
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to overcome challenges in software development projects
  • Leadership skills guiding and motivating development teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements
  • Proficiency in Finnish and good communication skills in English
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

Who You Are

You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in your work. And finally, you're open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.

Please note that our offices are located in Espoo and Jyväskylä, and the candidate would need to be based in these areas.

What You Can Expect

With state-of-the-art resources and Fortune 100 clients, every day is an opportunity to innovate, build new capabilities, new relationships, new processes, and new value. Kyndryl cares about your well-being and prides itself on offering benefits that give you choice, reflect the diversity of our employees and support you and your family through the moments that matter – wherever you are in your life journey.
