Regulatory Affairs Student Worker – Join Our TeamWhy This Role?

As a Regulatory Affairs Student Worker, your mission is to support the Regulatory Affairs team in Finland, playing a crucial role in ensuring compliance and accuracy in our operations. This position is based in Helsinki and is part of the prestigious GSK Pharmaceutical organization. We offer a flexible part-time schedule (10-22 hours per week), starting in May 2025, to accommodate your academic commitments, with the possibility of additional hours during the summer vacation period.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  1. Assist in preparing product information (SPC, leaflet) by performing format checks, proofreading artwork, and translations (English/Finnish, Swedish skills considered beneficial).
  2. Provide general administrative support and contribute to artwork projects.
  3. Ensure selected tasks are performed accurately and in compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal GSK procedures.
  4. Take on various ad hoc tasks and projects to support the business needs.
Why You?Basic Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, you must be:

  1. A University student in a Science-related field such as Biomedicine or Pharmacy, with a preference for candidates who have recently completed their bachelor's degree.
  2. Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken. Written Swedish skills considered beneficial.
  3. Experienced in using MS Office programs.
