Etsimme autovuokrausalan kokemusta omaavaa Station Manageria asiakkaallemme Scandia Rent Mabi -autovuokraamoketjuun Helsinki-Vantaan lentokentän toimipisteelle. Tässä tehtävässä työllistyt suoraan Scandia Rentille vakituiseen jakokoaikaiseen työsuhteeseen.

Scandia Rent tarjoaa helppoa, nopeaa ja edullista autovuokrausta yrityksille ja yksityishenkilöille monenlaiseen tarpeeseen. Scandia Rent on alun perin suomalainen perheyritys, jonka juuret ovat 1940-luvulla. Nykyään yritys on osa ruotsalaista MABI Mobilitya, minkä myötä he ovat osa laajempaa vuokra-autojen verkostoa useassa eri Euroopan maassa. Scandia Rent on ylpeästi monimuotoinen, luotettava ja osaava yritys, jossa kuuluu paikalliset murteet ja tavat. Heille on tärkeää kehittyä jatkuvasti ja olla mukana kehittämässä alaa, ovathan he sen edelläkävijöitä Suomessa.

Station Managerina toimit Scandia Rentin Helsinki-Vantaan lentokentän läheisyydessä toimivan toimipisteen vetäjänä ja toimit esihenkilönä autovuokraamon työntekijöille. Teet tiivistä yhteistyössä myös ketjun muun henkilöstön kanssa. Tehtävä edellyttää hyvää englannin kielen taitoa ja kykyä kommunikoida kansainvälisten asiakkaiden kanssa sekä ketjuyhtiön suuntaan. B-ajokortti on tehtävässä pakollinen.

Keskeisimmät työtehtäväsi:

  • Vastuu toimipisteen toiminnasta, josta raportoidaan maajohtajalle ja operatiiviselle johtajalle
  • Operatiivisen toiminnan suunnittelu ja osallistuminen toimipisteen toimintaan - kiireaikoina osallistut myös vuokraamon päivittäiseen työhön
  • Työvuorosuunnittelu ja muut esihenkilötehtävät
  • Toimipisteen myynnin seuraaminen, lisämyynnin suunnittelu ja toteuttaminen
  • Prosessien ja toiminnan kehittäminen sekä sovittujen prosessien toteutumisen varmistaminen

  • Aikaisempaa kokemusta autovuokrausalalta, esihenkilökokemus on suureksi eduksi
  • Tehtävään soveltuvaa koulutusta
  • Hyvää suomen ja englannin kielen suullista ja kirjallista taitoa
  • Nautit ihmisten kanssa työskentelystä ja esihenkilönä johdat omalla esimerkilläsi
  • Hyviä vuorovaikutus- ja tiimityötaitoja - toimit luontevasti monimuotoisessa työympäristössä ja kommunikoit sujuvasti eri sidosryhmien kanssa
  • Paineensietokykyä ja ratkaisukeskeistä työotetta - tykkäät ratkoa haasteita ja toimia nopeasti muuttuvassa toimintaympäristössä
  • Kykyä kehittää toimintaa, tarttua toimeen ja viedä asioita eteenpäin
  • Näppäryyttä käyttää erilaisia ohjelmistoja

Työtä tehdään lähityönä arkisin noin klo 9-17.

  • Työsuhde: Tässä tehtävässä työllistyt suoraan Scandia Rentin työntekijäksi.

  • Palkkaus: Tehtävän palkkaus määräytyy osaamisen ja kokemuksen mukaan. Tehtävän palkkahaitari on noin 2800-3400 € / kk.
