About The Role
  • As Senior People Operations Specialist you will be responsible for a wide variety of HR activities. You work closely with the Head of People Operations and Chief People Officer at Enfuce, to create a culture of accountability by enabling our employees with efficient and scalable processes.
  • At Enfuce, we appreciate shaped profiles, meaning that you are a generalist but capable of working across multiple projects and areas. In the role, you focus on optimisation of process, a positive employee experience and take on HR projects that can touch upon each step of our employee journey to bring us to a next level.
What You'll Be Doing
  • You administer and optimise our HR tools, including our HRIS to ensuring (up to date) data integrity and compliance. In addition, you know how to find an optimal balance between documentation in different places of the organisation and not shy away from proactively bringing improvements. Besides HR projects, you will specifically focus on our onboarding and offboarding process. You will design a new process for new hires at Enfuce while taking the company on this journey.
  • You will utilise the existing tools we have and support execution of HR system updates, integrations and related projects aimed at enhancing employee data management and operational efficiency.
  • You have a data driven mindset and don't shy away from solid people analysis on parts of our employee journey to support tactical and strategic decisions.
  • You will help us maintain and optimise company benefits as well as its administration, absence tracking, holiday and time management, business travel and insurance policies.
  • You act as the back-up for monthly payroll process, including time reporting, bonuses, reimbursements, leaves, and stock options while other team members are on leave.
  • You will assist in People Partnering and L&D activities within the team, coordinating and implementing team initiatives, including employee training programs and onboarding sessions.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with collective agreements, labor laws, and internal policies in coordination with the People Operations and Legal teams.
  • Lastly, you will be the face of our office in Espoo and oversee its operations, including mail handling, being the primary contact for property owners and cleaning services, and performing other tasks to maintain a comfortable and well-functioning office environment.
What You Will Have/bring
  • You have minimal 5 years of experience in a similar function.
  • You would describe yourself as a curious, persistent, and people-oriented professional with a keen interest in enhancing the employee experience.
  • You are 'my door is always open' and visible type of personality, and drive a strong culture within our office as well as other locations or colleagues that are remote.
  • You're ambitious to grow with the company, in to either a HRBP, L&D or HR Project Management role.
  • Your strong attention to detail has been an asset in your previous roles.
  • You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where collaboration is integral to daily operations.
  • You are solutions-oriented and remain composed, even when handling urgent, ad-hoc requests from internal or external stakeholders.
  • You are highly adept at navigating digital systems and take ownership of optimising digital ways of working.
  • You have a strong affinity with data and process, experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
