We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Smart Infrastructure business unit in Espoo

Role description

As Supply Chain Specialist your main responsibilities include warehouse process management as well as local and international transportations including custom clearance processes, Incoterms. You take care of the logistic processes within service, product and project business. Furthermore, you will improve and develop existing logistic concepts and processes. You work as a part of our competent SCM team in close cooperation with customers, service providers and various internal departments and stakeholders.

As a person you are driven, business minded and motivated by achievement of targets and results, with the "can do attitude". You are a team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach and are able make decisions on your own when needed. You communicate fluently in both English and Finnish.

We expect you to have:
  • A relevant educational background and work experience within logistics including warehousing, transportation and tracking, customer clearance (both export and import)
  • Passion for digitalization within logistics
  • SAP Knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in English and Finnish
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

In this role you will play a central role in the Siemens Smart Infrastructure organization, and you will get to work with skilled colleagues in the growing business area. You will report to the Head of Procurements and Logistics in Smart Infrastructure FinBaltics.
