Deine Aufgaben:
  1. Support-Hero: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle im First- und Second-Level-Support (per Telefon, E-Mail, Slack oder Ticketsystem) und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Mitarbeiter:innen reibungslos arbeiten können.
  2. Lösungsfinder: Du unterstützt unsere Produktionsmitarbeiter:innen bei Themen wie Drucker, Scanner oder Raspberrys und findest schnell die passende Lösung.
  3. Windows-Admin: Du übernimmst unsere Windows-Administration – von (Server-)Installationen über Updates bis hin zur Einführung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, NPS und Radius.
  4. Prozessprofi: Gemeinsam mit dem Team optimierst Du unsere IT-Prozesse rund um Onboarding, Offboarding und Crossboarding.
  5. Allrounder: Telefoneinrichtungen, Umleitungen, Datev- und Tableau-Updates oder Backup-Kontrolle – Du packst überall mit an, wo es gebraucht wird.
Dein Profil:
  1. Motivation: Deine IT-Ausbildung ist abgeschlossen, und jetzt willst Du in der Praxis so richtig durchstarten und Dein Know-how ausbauen.
  2. Lernbereitschaft: Windows Security, Linux, Sophos, Monitoring? Was Du davon noch nicht kennst, lernst Du bei uns – Hauptsache, Du bist neugierig und motiviert.
  3. Kommunikation: Egal ob per Telefon, Mail, Slack oder persönlich – Du bist aufgeschlossen, kommunikativ und hilfst Deinen Kolleg:innen gerne weiter.
  4. Sprachskills: Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und hast kein Problem, Dich auf Englisch zu verständigen.
