Global IS Deployment Manager, Motion Services division (location: Europe)

This position reports to: Global Deployment Manager, Motion Services division

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Deploy MOSE business processes and software applications across a region of 10-15 countries.
  • Work with business process owners, stakeholders, and your team to ensure the adoption of global processes and applications, focusing on the SFDC platform.
  • Support local units in change management, testing, and onboarding new processes, while adapting local processes to the global standard.
  • Report progress, gather feedback, and be part of a global team running deployment programs worldwide.
  • Drive and manage deployments of new business processes and applications in local units, collaborating with local stakeholders.
  • Follow a standardized deployment model, plans, milestones, and escalate issues and risks with proposed mitigations.
  • Facilitate consensus on centralized vs. decentralized requirements and escalate when necessary.
  • Execute solution demos and training, ensuring end user documentation is up to date.
  • Plan and manage activities for local adoption, including application configuration and integrations.
  • Facilitate testing of scheduled releases to ensure business continuity.
  • Manage user support during the hyper-care phase, organizing follow-ups and resolving high priority issues.
  • Ensure local units are trained on support processes and regularly follow up to ensure constant adoption, organizing AMA and community meetings.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree with 3+ years of experience in global deployments and change management in multinational companies.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management at all organizational levels.
  • Expertise in process design, change management, and deployment of new business processes.
  • Proven experience in standardizing business processes across multiple service lines/functions.
  • Strong end-to-end business process understanding and familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Scrum/Agile) and lean methodologies (Six Sigma).
  • Experience working in geographically dispersed teams and influencing without formal reporting relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with political savvy and cultural awareness.
  • Fluent in business-level English, with additional languages being beneficial.
