Tehtävänkuvaus:

  • Kirjanpidon tehtävien hallinta, mukaan lukien laskutus, myynti- ja ostoreskontra
  • Avustaminen kirjanpidon kuukausiraportoinnissa
  • Avustaminen kuukausittaisen - ja vuosittaisen kirjanpidon sulkemisen kanssa
  • Taloushallinnon teknisten kysymysten selvittäminen

Toivomme sinulta:

  • Ymmärrystä kirjanpidon käytännöistä sekä kiinnostusta talous- ja CRM-ohjelmistoihin.
  • Kokemusta tai perehtyneisyyttä Procountorista, Xerosta tai muusta kirjanpito-ohjelmistosta.
  • Kykyä tunnistaa oleelliset asiat ja varmistaa, että tarvittavat tehtävät valmistuvat ajallaan.
  • Tehtävässä edellytetään sujuvaa suomen kielen taitoa. Hyvä englannin kielen osaaminen on toivottavaa. Ruotsin kielen taito katsotaan eduksi.

Aikaisempi kokemus vastaavista tehtävistä ja työympäristöstä on eduksi, mutta ei välttämätöntä. Kaupallisen alan tai laskentatoimen opinnot katsotaan eduksi. Kiinnostus musiikkialaa kohtaan on plussaa.

Tarjoamme:

  • Osa-aikaisen työn, 2-3 päivää viikossa. Työaika sijoittuu toimistoaikoihin.
  • Palkkasi määräytyy osa-aikaisen työajan perusteella. Vastaavassa kokoaikatyössä kuukausipalkkasi sijoittuisi 2000 € – 3000 € riippuen osaamistasostasi ja kokemuksestasi.
  • Mahdollisuuden sujuvaan hybridi työskentelyyn. Uusi upea toimistomme sijaitsee Helsingin Kampissa.
  • Työsuhde-edut, kuten lounas-ja virike-etuuden sekä kuukausittaiset yksityiset laulutunnit.
