Join MEKO Finland Oy, part of MEKO, the leading Northern European automotive spare parts aftermarket company. We are investing in digital commerce and are looking for a commercially minded leader who knows how to drive ecommerce success, break down silos, and create a unified digital sales mindset across the business.

As our Ecommerce Product Owner, you will play a key commercial role in ensuring that our B2B and B2C ecommerce channels are high-performing and aligned with our revenue targets. You will take ownership of growing digital sales, driving customer engagement, and ensuring a frictionless online purchasing experience. You will work closely with IT and our partners while also cross-functionally influencing the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Define and execute a high-impact ecommerce strategy with clear revenue and sales KPIs, including B2B & B2C ecommerce, brand websites, and consumer car service booking.
  2. Own digital product roadmaps, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
  3. Prioritize and lead ecommerce development projects and backlog prioritization across B2B and B2C platforms.
  4. Break down silos and drive a digital-first mindset across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Field teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and a shared vision for ecommerce success.
  5. Develop and refine the ecommerce customer journey, ensuring a seamless and intuitive buying experience across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Experience in a commercially focused or development-focused ecommerce role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth.
  2. Experience in ecommerce ecosystems or platforms, for example, regarding their catalog, search, and sales-driving capabilities (B2B/B2C).
  3. Proven experience in driving a digital sales mindset across an organization, influencing Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align under a shared digital growth strategy.
  4. Strong business acumen, with the ability to align ecommerce strategy with commercial objectives.
  5. Hands-on approach and ownership mentality – being able to implement best practices for backlog management and knowing how to get things done.
  6. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead change and rally teams behind a vision.

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  3. Experience in agile methodology and/or project management.
