We are seeking a creative and talented Digital Storyteller to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in crafting compelling short and long-form visual and audio content that communicates our brand, products, and impact to a global audience. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a strong portfolio in multimedia production, a passion for content creation, and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content.

Location: Otakaari 5, Espoo, Finland

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, design, and produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, animations, illustrations, and interactive media content for a global audience.
2. Collaborate with the marketing, communications, product, and engineering teams to create content that aligns with our brand and strategic goals.
3. Produce content for a variety of platforms, including social media, website, webinars, and internal communications.
4. Optimise existing content to enhance engagement and reach.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative digital storytelling into our multimedia content strategy and implementation.
6. Manage multimedia projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Multimedia Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types that deliver brand engagement and business results.
2. Technical proficiency in multimedia production tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Blender, etc.).
3. Creative storytelling skills with the ability to brainstorm and develop unique content ideas to engage our audience.
4. Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills to craft compelling narratives that resonate with the audience (English).
5. Knowledge of social media, webinar, website platforms and best practices for content engagement.
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to plan, schedule, and meet deadlines for content planning and production.
8. Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
9. Skills in 3D modeling and animation.
10. Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
11. Occasional office presence (Espoo).
12. Quick learner and self-motivated.
13. Ability to make quick decisions and work effectively in a dynamic work environment.
