Our solutions empower customers to make data-driven decisions, optimize operations, and achieve sustainable profitability. We are seeking a skilled Digital Storyteller to craft engaging visual and audio content that communicates our brand, products, and impact to a global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Multimedia Content Creation: Develop high-quality multimedia content, including videos, animations, illustrations, and interactive media for a global audience.
2. Collaboration: Work with marketing, communications, product, and engineering teams to create content that aligns with our brand and strategic goals.
3. Content Optimization: Enhance engagement and reach by optimizing existing content.
4. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative digital storytelling into our content strategy.
5. Project Management: Manage multimedia projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.

Requirements:

1. Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Multimedia Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types that deliver brand engagement and business results.
2. Technical Skills: Technical proficiency in multimedia production tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Blender, etc.).
3. Creative Storytelling: Creative storytelling skills with the ability to brainstorm and develop unique content ideas to engage our audience.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills to craft compelling narratives that resonate with the audience (English).
5. Social Media: Knowledge of social media, webinar, website platforms, and best practices for content engagement.
6. Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Time Management: Ability to plan, schedule, and meet deadlines for content planning and production.
8. Education: Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
9. Skills: Skills in 3D modeling and animation.
10. Familiarity: Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
11. Work Environment: Occasional office presence (Espoo).
12. Self-Motivation: Quick learner and self-motivated.
13. Decision Making: Ability to make quick decisions and work effectively in a dynamic work environment.
