Holiday bar is a vibrant hotspot with a buzzing summer terrace, serving exceptional cocktails, fine wines, and craft beers alongside delicious food. We're seeking an energetic and skilled Bartender to join our team and elevate our guest experience with outstanding drinks and engaging service.
As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our social scene, crafting memorable drinks while ensuring guests enjoy exceptional service. From mixing signature cocktails to recommending wines and beers, your expertise and passion for hospitality will shine.
Key Responsibilities- Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages according to recipes.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner while providing recommendations and enhancing their experience.
- Bar Management: Maintain a clean, organized bar area, ensuring all stock is well-managed and replenished efficiently.
- Compliance: Follow all alcohol-serving regulations and safety guidelines.
- Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Upselling & Promotions: Promote special offers and recommend beverages to boost sales.
- Team Support: Work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
