Johdat Workforce identity, access and authentication -heimoa, keskittyen erityisesti identiteetinhallintaan, autentikointiin, pääsynhallintaan sekä vahvojen käyttövaltuuksien hallintaan. Vastaat heimon liiketoimintaa tukevien tavoitteiden saavuttamisesta, strategisesta suunnasta sekä strategialähtöisestä johtamisesta. Vastuullasi on heimon jatkuvat palvelut, kehittäminen, talous, prosessit, yhteistyö sisäisten ja ulkoisten sidosryhmien kanssa. Toiminnallisen organisaation johtajana huolehdit myös heimon henkilöstön työhyvinvoinnista.

Lähiaikojen painopisteenä heimossa on laajentaa nykyisen IGA-järjestelmän käyttöä, käynnistää PAM- ja Zero Trust-aihepiirien kehitystyötä sekä varmistaa Entra IDn rooli tulevaisuuden haasteita varten. Tehtävässä korostuvat myös passwordless ja zero trust -teemat, jotka ovat keskeisiä teemoja heimon roadmapilla.

Työ vaatii sujuvaa yhteistyötä eri sidosryhmien kanssa ryhmätasoisesti, mukaan lukien liiketoimintaheimot, Kehittäminen & Teknologia -alueen heimot ja osaamiskeskukset. Yhteistyön painopisteenä on keskitettyjen kyvykkyyksien tehokas hyödyntäminen laaja-alaisesti OP Ryhmässä. Yhteistyö ulkoisten kumppaneiden kanssa on myös tärkeä osa menestystä. Tehtävässä korostuu kyky kommunikoida tehokkaasti, sovittaa yhteen moninaisia tavoitteita ja poistaa systeemitason esteitä.

Tehtävässä menestymisen edellytyksenä on vähintään seitsemän vuoden kokemus tämän alueen laajojen ja onnistuneiden hankkeiden läpiviennistä isoissa organisaatioissa sekä asiantuntijaorganisaation johtamisesta. Sinulla on vahvaa substanssiosaamista rooliin aihepiiriin kuuluvista teknologioista ja prosesseista sekä laajaa näkemystä aihepiirin tulevaisuuden kehityksestä, joiden avulla pystyt varmistamaan, että OPlla olemme valmiina näiden haasteiden edessä. Pystyt tekemään päätöksiä ilman täydellistä tilannekuvaa ja osaat priorisoida sekä läpi viedä muutoksia onnistuneesti. Heimo toimii ketterien toimintamallien mukaisesti, joten kyky johtaa niiden avulla on sinulle tuttua. Toimit sujuvasti eri sidosryhmien kanssa, rakennat toimivia yhteistyöverkostoja OPlla sekä sinulla on valmiiksi hyvät verkostot identiteetinhallinnan kentässä.

Mitä tarjoamme sinulle?

Tarjoamme sinulle mahdollisuuden olla avainpaikalla kehittämässä ryhmätasoista käyttövaltuushallintaa, pääsynhallinta- ja tunnistusratkaisuja osana Kehittäminen ja Teknologiat -toiminnon Kyberturvallisuusosastoa. Pääset kehittämään yhdessä IT ja liiketoiminta -organisaatioiden kanssa ryhmätason ratkaisuja ja kyvykkyyksiä. Meillä OPlla on käytössä ns.70-20-10-periaate, mikä tarkoittaa, että käytät 70% ajastasi päivittäisiin tehtäviin, 20% työskentelytapojen hiomiseen ja viimeiset 10% vapaasti uusien taitojen oppimiseen. Tämän osuuden voit käyttää esimerkiksi meidän omassa OP Tech Academyssa, jossa voit laajentaa osaamistasi monella eri osa-alueella. Kyllä, voit siis laajentaa osaamistasi työajalla
