How You'll Help Us:

As an Anaplan Solution Architect on the Integrated Demand and Supply Planning (IDSP) consulting team, you will help improve cost efficiency and service levels for our clients, thus increasing their supply chain's contribution to added shareholder value and overall business effectiveness.

Why the Role Is Important:

NTT DATA's IDSP consultants work closely with clients on initiatives to balance demand and supply by helping them design their demand and supply planning processes, overlay enabling technology, and ultimately implement the executive Integrated Demand and Supply Planning process. In this role, you will report to the Managing Director of Finland.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

  1. Play a hands-on role in managing and delivering IDSP solutions to our clients, mainly with Anaplan technology.
  2. Conduct standard business/technology assessments depending on project scope and client needs.
  3. Provide architectural guidance and establish best practices for Anaplan Supply Chain Implementation.
  4. Mentor other Anaplan model builders.
  5. Provide technical direction to all model builders/configuration leads in the implementation of Anaplan Supply Chain projects.
  6. Set engagement objectives and scope followed by the development of detailed project plans to meet specific needs of each client and engagement.
  7. Support sales of the NTT DATA IDSP service offerings.
  8. Effectively manage client relationships and joint project teams including other consultants, contractors, and client team members.
  9. Engage and communicate with clients at all levels of the organization during the delivery process to earn their confidence and trust.
  10. Review and approve all client deliverables in accordance with the SOW.
  11. Support the creation of thought leadership materials (blogs, public speaking, etc.) that support NTT DATA supply chain consulting's overall brand and positioning.
  12. Support the ongoing development of methodologies and new service offerings, including SaaS capabilities that generate recurring revenues where applicable.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or college equivalent in industrial engineering, information systems, supply chain management, science, technology, math, business, economics, or related major.
  2. Anaplan Level 3 Model Building Certification.
  3. 4+ years of experience in Anaplan implementation projects.
  4. 6+ years of experience working within Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Certified Anaplan Solution Architect or Certified Anaplan Master Planner.
  2. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  3. Experience in supply chain consulting.
  4. Experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management within a consulting and/or equivalent environment.
  5. Experience working on large scale supply chain transformation initiatives.
  6. Experience using advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software.
  7. Experience implementing advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software, e.g. Anaplan, Blue Yonder, Logility, ToolsGroup, o9, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, etc.
