Our team, primarily based in Tampere, is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead projects related to our ES Power Lending product for lending and leasing customers. Your location can be Tampere or Espoo, and you will work mainly on-site in close collaboration with the team. ES Power Lending is a modern corporate lending solution designed to streamline and automate the entire lifecycle of lending operations and servicing. Built on a future-proof architecture with .NET Core, React, and API-based microservices, it enables flexible integrations and reduces IT costs.

Your Role

In this position, your responsibilities include managing demanding customer projects and actively participating in software development. You will work on product implementation and development projects in Finland or other Nordic countries and contribute to technical design, configuration, and possibly small development tasks.

You will collaborate closely with developers, architects, customers and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Long-term customer relationships allow you to see the impact and importance of your work on the customer's success.

To Succeed in This Role, You Have:

• Relevant educational background and professional experience in software development
• 2–3 years of experience managing software deployment projects, preferably in banking, finance, insurance, or financial management
• Experience with various types of implementations, both agile and traditional project management
• Understanding of technologies such as .NET Core, React, SQL, and API-based microservices
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure) and integration projects. SaaS experience is considered a plus.
• Ability to produce high-quality project documentation (e.g., preliminary studies, technical specifications, process diagrams, project plans)
• Fluent Finnish and English skills, both spoken and written
• A solution-oriented mindset and ability to learn new things
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Previous experience working with lending and leasing
• Knowledge of financial regulations and security requirements
• Experience in leveraging AI tools in development projects (e.g., for automation, testing, or analytics)
• Willingness for continuous development and learning
