Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland Evitec Solutions Full time

At Evitec Solutions, we create innovative IT solutions and advisory services that support our customers' success across industries. With over 300 professionals across the Nordics, we specialize in providing business-critical software for the finance and insurance sectors. Our solutions streamline complex processes, enabling smarter decisions and delivering long-term value.

Our team, primarily based in Tampere, is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead projects related to our ES Power Lending product for lending and leasing customers. You are located in Espoo, and you will work mainly on-site in close collaboration with the team. We offer you a workplace where you can contribute to critical projects and solutions for customers and society in a technology company — and grow into the best in the field, supported by the best colleagues

If you are a software professional with project management experience and are seeking exciting development opportunities in finance and insurance domain product projects, this role could be a great fit.

About ES Power Lending

ES Power Lending is a modern corporate lending solution designed to streamline and automate the entire lifecycle of lending operations and servicing. Built on a future-proof architecture with .NET Core, React, and API-based microservices, it enables flexible integrations and reduces IT costs.

The solution focuses on process automation, allowing financial institutions to improve efficiency and customer service. Its browser-based interface is designed for simplicity and accuracy, minimizing manual work and errors. Developed in close collaboration with Nordic financial institutions, Power Lending supports the most efficient lending processes in the market.

At Evitec Solutions, You Shape the Future of the Financial Sector

We offer an inspiring work environment in a growing and successful organization where you will have opportunities for development. We value a work culture that promotes a balance between work and personal life, including options for hybrid work and flexible hours. Additionally, we foster a supportive work culture where everyone contributes, spreads joy and grows together. Moreover, we offer competitive salaries and benefits.

Your Role

In this position, your responsibilities include managing demanding customer projects and actively participating in software development. You will work on product implementation and development projects in Finland or other Nordic countries and contribute to technical design, configuration, and possibly small development tasks.

You will collaborate closely with developers, architects, customers and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Long-term customer relationships allow you to see the impact and importance of your work on the customer's success.

To Succeed in This Role, You Have:

  • Relevant educational background and professional experience in software development

  • 2–3 years of experience managing software deployment projects, preferably in banking, finance, insurance, or financial management

  • Experience with various types of implementations, both agile and traditional project management

  • Understanding of technologies such as .NET Core, React, SQL, and API-based microservices

  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure) and integration projects. SaaS experience is considered a plus.

  • Ability to produce high-quality project documentation (e.g., preliminary studies, technical specifications, process diagrams, project plans)

  • Fluent Finnish and English skills, both spoken and written

  • A solution-oriented mindset and ability to learn new things

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

We also value:

  • Previous experience working with lending and leasing

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and security requirements

  • Experience in leveraging AI tools in development projects (e.g., for automation, testing, or analytics)

  • Willingness for continuous development and learning

  • Interest in long-term work with systems that are important to society

Why join us?
We offer responsibility aligned with your expertise and ambitions, plus the freedom to grow your career toward leadership, deep technical specialization, or customer experience excellence. At Evitec, every team member is an equal part of the team, with diverse opportunities to grow and do meaningful work. We get things done with a smile and a positive attitude. Truly.
