Operations Manager, Casino

Finland's only international casino, Casino Helsinki, has been entertaining Finnish and international players for over 30 years. Now, you have a unique opportunity to join a team of casino professionals and shape both the Casino's services and customer experience. We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and develop our casino operations. We are seeking a proactive, hands-on professional who thrives in the operational environment and at the same time has a strong ability to see the bigger picture and lead development initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Casino's operational business, with responsibility for operating and service models and for achieving the business goals of the cost center. 
• Drive the implementation and growth of the casino business through daily operations, events and projects.
• Act as a line manager for a team of Duty Managers, including performance management and responsibility for Casino's employee experience.
• Build and maintain strong collaboration with internal and external partners and key stakeholders.

We expect you to have:

• The ability to maintain control and oversight even when the operating context is challenging.
• Proven leadership capability and strong coordination skills.
• An analytical mindset and drive for process development and implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for better gaming and an energetic, proactive attitude.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken Finnish and English.
