We're hiring an Operations Analyst for a permanent, full-time role in our Business Operations division, specifically within Register Operations, which is part of the Affiliation and Surveillance team.

The Affiliation and Surveillance team is made up of specialists in a range of areas including client onboarding, surveillance, anti-money laundering, and register operations. By working with us, you'll have a great chance to expand your knowledge and gain experience across several different fields.

Your responsibilities

The main duties include monitoring and managing daily operations in the book-entry system, supporting team tasks such as handling artificial identifiers, and updating customer IDs and sector codes. This position also involves incident handling, implementing compliance measures, and communicating with clients and authorities. You'll also get the chance to expand your skills by working on other interesting tasks within the team.

In This Role You Will

• Monitor and manage daily operations in the book-entry system (Infinity/T2S)
• Solve problems and handle incidents related to register services
• Ensure a high level of client experience, including regular communication with clients and expert advice providing
• Carry out month-end tasks such as invoicing and statistics compilation.
• Handle registrations and respond to inquiries from authorities
• Process whole account transfers
• Handle artificial identifiers, client ID change and sector code requests 
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as sanctions monitoring
• Take an active role in developing processes and participate in development projects over the coming years

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience in back-office operations preferably within the financial sector
• Familiarity with the Finnish book-entry system is considered an asset
• Experience with AML and sanctions is considered an asset
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Finnish and English, in writing and speech
• Quick learner focused on self-development and understanding the bigger picture
• Attention to detail with a customer-oriented approach
• Positive and proactive working attitude
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to perform under pressure
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently
• Ability to thrive in an international and multicultural environment
• Demonstrate a commitment to improving existing processes, actively seeking innovative approaches to work, and maintain a strong enthusiasm for continuous learning.
