We are currently seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee operations on-site in Espoo, Finland. If you are passionate about logistics and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to play a key role in delivering cutting-edge data centres.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth coordination and management of all site logistics. Key duties include:
Managing the Compound: Oversee storage areas on-site to ensure efficient use of space.
Delivery Coordination: Book and manage material deliveries, ensuring timely and safe transport from off-site storage to the construction site.
Collaboration with Sub-Contractors: Liaise with sub-contractors to guarantee a clear understanding of delivery locations and site challenges, using the Datascope system for booking.
Traffic Management: Ensure effective traffic flow and prevent congestion on-site, managing all vehicle movements and deliveries.
Health & Safety Oversight: Supervise operatives to maintain high standards of safety, work ethics, and site efficiency.
Labour Tracking: Record and monitor labour allocation and work reports.

We are looking for an organised and proactive individual with strong leadership skills and experience in managing logistics on large-scale projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
A 3rd level qualification in engineering or construction is desirable, but relevant experience is just as important.
3+ years of experience in a similar logistics or site management role.
Proven experience in managing loads, storage space, sub-contractors, and operatives.
Excellent organisational and team leadership skills.
A proactive attitude and a commitment to maintaining safety standards and smooth site operations.
