About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Metsä Group's maritime logistics service center in Espoo.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing high-quality maritime logistics services and creating a consistent way of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform short-term logistics planning, including sales order and capacity balancing
  • Process maritime transport requests, make bookings, and conduct delivery follow-ups
  • Perform logistics invoice checks and manage logistics supplier quality deviations
  • Maintain logistics master data in various systems

Requirements:

  • Relevant education, such as a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or technology
  • At least 3 years of working experience in logistics or supply chain in a manufacturing or shipping environment
  • Understanding of maritime logistics
