Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Nordic business development team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing profitability within our portfolio by developing strong relationships with clients and implementing effective strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Nordic market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including Tokmanni, Direct, and Impulse clients
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and market share growth
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the confectionery industry
  • Fluency in Finnish and English languages
  • Knowledge of the Finnish trade and market
  • Trade Marketing experience is a plus
  • Literacy in other Scandinavian languages is a plus
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
