Job Summary

The Medical Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the Country Medical Affairs strategy for the assigned Therapeutic Area(s), including building strong relationships with Key Medical Experts (MEs) and other important stakeholders. The role will also involve leading initiatives to foster strong knowledge transfer and understanding among key Medical Experts for priority brands within the assigned Therapeutic Area(s). Additionally, the Medical Lead will operationalize integrated evidence generation plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams and lead and manage external discussions with healthcare professionals regarding pipeline assets. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Medical Affairs Strategy: Develop and execute the Nordic/Country Medical Affairs Strategy for the assigned Therapeutic Area(s), ensuring alignment with global objectives and addressing local needs and market dynamics.

  • Establish Relationships with Key Stakeholders: Establish strong relationships with Key Medical Experts (MEs) and other important stakeholders to drive meaningful scientific exchange and co-create opportunities for collaboration in evidence generation and other initiatives.

  • Lead Initiatives for Knowledge Transfer: Lead initiatives to foster strong knowledge transfer and understanding among key Medical Experts for priority brands within the assigned Therapeutic Area(s).

  • Operationalize Evidence Generation Plans: Operationalize integrated evidence generation plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
