  • Support the team in securing patent acquisition and related opportunities in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to perform detailed analysis of potential candidate patents and associated documents to assess their value.
  • Manage external technical consultants to achieve top-notch quality and efficiency in patent analysis-related tasks.
  • Continuously find and implement new and better methods to meet team objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support team efforts in securing patent acquisition and related opportunities timely and efficiently.
  • Work with relevant others as needed to perform detailed analysis of various top potential candidate patents and related documents to determine value.
  • Manage outside technical consultants to achieve top quality and top efficiency in patent analysis-related efforts.
  • Consistently finding and implementing new and better ways to meet team objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of patent experience, including significant claim charting experience, infringement analysis-related experience, and invalidity analysis-related experience, with a proven record of success.
  • Significant patent litigation-related experience and patent licensing-related experience.
  • Experience in patent acquisition-related and/or patent sales-related areas is also required.
