About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Analysis and Automation to lead our expert team and drive innovation in data analysis and automation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing active networks with stakeholders, IM, and external providers.

This is a permanent position with a primary location in Vaasa, Finland, and other major WGLS locations considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and follow up on WGLS KPIs with GLS functions
  • Ensure timely and high-quality management reporting
  • Develop and lead the team, focusing on competence growth
  • Optimize analysis and automation speed and quality
  • Manage external suppliers, such as Acodis for document GAI
  • Ensure process documentation quality in a BPM system, based on input from GLS functions
Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the team, focusing on competence growth
  • Provide monthly management reports and serve as a thought leader on WGLS KPIs
  • Identify operational deviations and perform root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with operational units on countermeasures and follow-up reports
  • Review reports and applied technologies in reporting systems and data models
  • Represent GLS in corporate projects for analytic developments
  • Make gatekeeper decisions on analysis, reporting, and automation development
  • Hold HR authority for the expert team of Analysis and Automation
Development Responsibilities
  • Develop reporting for continuous improvement of key KPIs or as requested by functions
  • Focus on competence development in digitalization
  • Develop processes and systems for Analysis and Automation
