Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Axopar Boats Oy. As a key member of our internal brand and marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies and activities that drive business growth and engagement.

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
• Analyze data to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies.
• Manage and maintain our company's webpages, ensuring SEO optimization and engaging content.
• Plan, implement, and drive automated workflows for email campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on various platforms.
• Monitor and analyze website and social media performance, presenting insights and recommendations for improvements.

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in developing and implementing campaigns.
• Insights into the latest digital marketing technology and practical knowledge to implement these tools.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management tools.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and marketing automation.
• Experience with analytics tools to measure campaign performance and generate insights.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, Tableau, and Data Studio.
• Good copywriting skills and excellent English language skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building new functions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
