Backend Developer

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team at Yousician, a leading music-tech company. As a Backend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing critical backend services for our GuitarTuna product, the world's #1 product for tuning instruments.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement new features, ensuring robustness and maintainability.
- Write well-documented tests and ensure code coverage using frameworks like Pytest.
- Troubleshoot issues, ensuring smooth functionality of the platform.
- Participate in feature planning based on OKRs, driving the product roadmap forward.
- Design experiments and support monetization efforts and platform infrastructure.
- Strong experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in Python 3 and frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
- Experience with REST-based API development and MongoDB or SQL databases.
- Cloud experience and familiarity with deploying scalable applications.
- Unit testing experience, preferably using Pytest or similar frameworks.
