About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our GuitarTuna team, where you'll play a pivotal role in developing critical backend services for our product. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the user experience journey from the ground up, influencing how millions of users engage with our platform.

As a Backend Developer at Yousician, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing new features, ensuring robustness and maintainability. You'll also write well-documented tests and ensure code coverage using frameworks like Pytest. Additionally, you'll troubleshoot issues, ensuring smooth functionality of the platform, and participate in feature planning based on OKRs, driving the product roadmap forward.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience with REST-based API development and MongoDB or SQL databases.
  • Cloud experience and familiarity with deploying scalable applications.
  • Unit testing experience, preferably using Pytest or similar frameworks.
