About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at oilandgas. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Oversight
    • Supervise the retrofit manufacturing production line assembly and testing work
    • Lead the daily work and follow up production KPIs (OTD, quality, safety, productivity)
  • Process Development
    • Develop and improve production processes to increase efficiency and productivity
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Team Management
    • Manage and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production goals
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that production processes meet quality and safety standards
    • Identify and implement corrective actions to address quality and safety issues

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role
    • Previous supervisory experience is an asset
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of production and logistics processes
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to motivate and lead a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical or automation engineering
