Floor Manager

JD Sports Fashion Finland Oy is seeking a skilled Floor Manager to lead our team in Tripla. As a key member of our in-store team, you will be responsible for providing visual support, engaging customers through creative product placement, and utilizing the latest fashion trends. Your leadership skills will be essential in motivating and supporting your team members, while creating window and in-store displays that maximize store profitability. Key responsibilities include:

* Providing customers with excellent levels of customer service
* Supporting and dealing with customer complaints and inquiries
* Ensuring the personal appearance of the sales team is in line with company guidelines
* Having an understanding of the Customer Service measuring program

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

* Ensure that targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded
* Support and motivate staff service levels in order to maximize store sales
* Utilize in-store devices, making sure that the customer is offered the whole product range
* Use reports to assist you in product placement of key selling lines
