About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PMO Coordinator to join our Wind and Solar IT&PMO team at Fortum. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving the development of core business processes, ways of working, and digital tools to support the growth of our Wind and Solar business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business processes and tools to improve organizational efficiency and competitive advantage.
  • Identify and evaluate new methods and tools for business process modeling and development.
  • Manage and develop portfolio, project, and document management tools and ways of using the tools based on end-user needs/requirements.
  • Support the Strategy team in selected areas and contribute to the success of the Wind and Solar business.

About Your Skills and Experience
  • Experience in project management, business process management, continuous development, or business strategy.
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, renewable energy, or similar.
  • Good commercial and technical understanding.
  • Good change management skills.
  • Good knowledge within the Office Tools, such as Excel and Visio.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills, especially Finnish or Swedish, are highly valued.
