About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at Assa Abloy Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within the multi-residential segment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Leading Voice of Customer activities to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Acting as the business owner for MarCom and sales activities within the segment, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across teams.
  • Commercializing new solutions for multi-residential markets through close cooperation with sales, product units, and marketing.
  • Traveling within Finland and abroad to support business development and expansion efforts.
  • Reporting to the Director and Head of Marketing and Segment Development.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in sales or engineering.
  • Significant experience in B2B sales and marketing, particularly with hardware and/or software products.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Finnish and English.
  • The ability to build successful business cases and translate user information into compelling investment decisions that lead to closing orders.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and business development within the multi-residential industry, preferably with technical knowledge of digital and/or electromechanical products.
