Senior Manager, Sustainability

The KONE Supply Chain function is responsible for a resilient, industry-leading supply chain network that meets and exceeds customer expectations. We drive Safety, Quality, Environment, and Sustainability work across KONE, working in an agile manner to navigate constantly changing market needs with our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive KONE's ambitious environmental sustainability roadmap to meet our SBT targets.
  • Develop and implement KONE's disclosure roadmap and strategy.
  • Collaborate with functions and units to drive and communicate KONE's environmental and social impact.
  • Improve performance in key sustainability ratings such as CDP, Ecovadis, and Corporate Knights.
  • Manage sustainability assurance and controls processes.
  • Work with investor relations on sustainability-related topics.
  • Act as a spokesperson internally and externally on climate, environment, biodiversity, water, and circularity issues.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in sustainability, environment, communications, technology, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in sustainability reporting.
  • Proven experience with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI and CSRD.
  • Experience with sustainability assurance.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluent written and verbal English, with other languages an asset.
  • Positive drive, co-operation, and networking skills.
