Lead Financial Analyst and Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Financial Analyst and Accounting Manager to join our customer's fast-growing team at One Click LCA Oy. As a key member of the global SaaS company, you will play a vital role in decarbonizing the construction industry.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Financial Analysis and Accounting, with experience in building scalable finance functions. They will oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP or IFRS standards.

This position involves establishing and enforcing financial policies and procedures, managing internal and external audits, and leading an international accounting team. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing cash flow, overseeing accounts receivable and payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate tax returns filing, and coordinating planning with external tax advisors.

Additionally, you will assist the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in developing financial strategies and participating in mergers and acquisitions. This is a full-time, permanent position available on a hybrid basis for candidates based in Helsinki or the Uusimaa area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP or IFRS standards.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance: Establish and enforce financial policies and procedures, manage internal and external audits, and lead the accounting team.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, oversee accounts receivable and payable functions.
  • Tax Management: Ensure timely and accurate tax returns filing, coordinate planning with external tax advisors.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, implement risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Solid multiple years' background from Financial Controlling and experience in building scalable finance functions.
  • Experience in Accounting and Standalone & Group Consolidated Audits.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge in business partnering, FP&A, and customer analytics.
  • Fluent English as it will be the working language.
