We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join Revvity's Talent Acquisition team, a dedicated unit focused on attracting top talent globally.

This role will support Revvity's operations, primarily working from the company's office with a hybrid working model. The position is full-time and a 6-month temporary contract.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all levels across various sites
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role
  • Prepare and process hiring documentation and coordinate onboarding activities with the Human Resources department
  • Provide guidance and counsel to hiring managers and Human Resource partners on topics such as budget, sourcing strategies, agency engagements, offers, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) functionality and workflows
  • Ensure that all recruitment and selection activities comply with legal regulations and company policies and procedures
  • Act as the primary point of contact representing Revvity to all candidates, providing transparency and engagement throughout the process and effectively communicating final decisions in a kind and respectful manner

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant educational background
  • Min. 5-year successful recruiting experience
  • Fluent in Finnish and English verbally and in written forms
  • Experience with leveraging branding initiatives to source and attract talent

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience using Workday's Applicant Tracking System
  • Experience recruiting in the Life Science, Diagnostic industries
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage diverse activities simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment
