We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) Lead to join our team in Finland.

About the Company

Our company specialises in providing turnkey Data Centre solutions, providing services from Design through to Construction across the full range of Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical (M&E) Services as well as Commissioning.

We are currently hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) Lead to join our established but growing team in Finland.

As part of our team, you will be working on a 3-week rotational basis with additional benefits covering all accommodation, flights, and travel expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of all Civils, Structural, and Architectural Elements of the Hyperscale Data Center Project.
  • Management of a Project Team Of 50+ including Discipline Leads, Package Managers, Design Managers, Engineers, and Site Supervisors.
  • Supporting your team in managing 20+ Subcontractors with a combined package value in excess of €200m.
  • Supporting your team in managing Contractor's Design Elements of the project, ensuring design is carried out and relevant approvals in place ahead of Construction On-Site.
  • Ensuring BIM processes are followed by sub-contractors carrying out works under your supervision.
  • Managing, Tracking, and Developing Plans for Project Costs, Budgets, Project Labour, Commissioning Procedures, and Project Performance.
  • Directing the set up for the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) activities, ensuring best practice meeting and reporting documentation and schedules are implemented from the outset.
  • Continuous engagement with Key Project Stakeholders such as Client and Design Teams to ensure Project performance.
  • Oversighting ongoing client satisfaction with the project, especially in terms of cost, scope, and timescales.
  • Proactively monitoring the project's Health & Safety Processes as well as the team's culture and behaviours.
  • Meting and ensuring the Quality targets are achieved and exceeded on the project.
Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant Construction or Engineering subject.
  • Minimum of 5 Years experience in a Senior Project Manager role overseeing projects in excess of €50m.
  • Previous experience delivering projects from concept to handover.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, delivering Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) elements of a project within a contracting environment is essential.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, people and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Word & Excel is required.
  • Data Centre experience is advantageous but not necessary.
  • Experience in the delivery of Large-Scale projects is necessary.
  • The ability to build robust relationships with Clients, Consultants, and Suppliers.
  • A flair for multitasking, looking at the bigger picture, and providing excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, diligent, and forward-thinking approach.
  • First-class leadership skills - you should be able to delegate, prioritize workloads, run productive meetings and be a role model for others.
