Key Responsibilities

As Personal Assistant to SVP, Quality Management, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Senior Vice President, ensuring seamless processes and high standards across our organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating regulatory inspections and preparing necessary documentation
  • Arranging travel for the Senior Vice President and making necessary arrangements
  • Organizing events for Quality Management and ensuring their smooth execution

You will also be required to work in Espoo, with flexibility to operate in a hybrid model according to Orion's guidelines.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise and contribute to a dynamic, forward-thinking environment with a motivated and professional team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.
