About the Job

KONE México is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager, Sustainability to join our Global Sustainability team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, driving, and following various sustainability initiatives, focusing on developing and implementing KONE's sustainability disclosure strategy and roadmap.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive KONE's ambitious environmental sustainability roadmap to meet our Science-Based Targets (SBT).
  • Drive KONE's disclosure roadmap and strategy.
  • Cultivate collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive and communicate KONE's environmental and social impact.
  • Improve performance in key sustainability ratings such as CDP, Ecovadis, and Corporate Knights.
  • Manage the sustainability assurance and controls process.
  • Support investor relations on sustainability-related topics.
  • Serve as a spokesperson internally and externally on climate, environment, biodiversity, water, and circularity issues.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in sustainability, environment, communications, technology, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in sustainability reporting.
  • Expertise in sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI and CSRD.
  • Experience in sustainability assurance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent written and verbal English, with other languages an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
