The Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Specialist to join our team in Finland. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our facility systems, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with experience in maintenance and repair of complex equipment. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

2. Perform daily monitoring of facility equipment">
3. Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs">
4. Attend daily meetings to communicate facility issues to stakeholders">
5. Manage facility improvement projects, including system upgrades and new installations">
6. Develop maintenance plans and safety procedures">
7. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions">
8. Oversee utilities for new equipment installations and relocations">
9. Supervise subcontractors and external maintenance personnel">

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering">
• 3-5+ years of experience in facilities engineering, preferably in microelectronics or cleanroom environments">
• Strong technical understanding of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, etc.)">
• Ability to manage installation and maintenance projects">
• Proficiency in CAD software and Building Management Systems (BMS)">
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills">
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities">
